Montclair TEAM
Technology Education Access Mentoring, TEAM, was organized in 1998 to address the "Digital Divide" concern regarding the inability of low-income parents and their children to learn about and access technology. Over the last 10 years TEAM implemented a wide variety of educational programs along with basic computer and networking skills. TEAM opened 17 Computer Labs and met the demand of awarding 9,000 recycled and new computers to families in need.

Where We Are Now ... Summer 2008
Today in TEAM, our teens are using Technology to write business plans, resumes, and log and market inventory. Our staff of subject matter experts provide real world Education throughout the summer. This includes marketing to businesses and customers in person and online, visits to Montclair State University and other surrounding universities.
Mentoring is why we come together. We are here to mentor the teens and provide guidance. Most importantly, we will grow if we are able to listen and learn from each other.
